February Self-Love & Skincare | IGIA Wellness & MedSpa
February is often associated with love for others partners, family, and friends. At IGIA Wellness & MedSpa, we believe this month is also a powerful reminder to practice self-love. Not the loud or indulgent kind, but the intentional, consistent kind that allows us to show up fully in the roles that matter most.
As the Managing Partner of IGIA, self-love is not a luxury, it is a responsibility. When I take care of myself, I am a better wife to Tim, a more present mother to my adult children, Bobby (26), Marina (24), Dionysi (20), and Anna (18) a stronger leader, and a more grounded clinician. How I care for myself directly impacts how I care for others.
What Self-Love Looks Like in My Everyday Life
For me, self-love is rooted in consistency, boundaries, and priorities. It looks like making time for regular movement, staying hydrated, and nourishing my body not perfectly, but intentionally.
It also means putting the big rocks into my day first: faith, prayer, reading, and moments of reflection that ground me before the noise begins. Even 10–15 minutes a day makes a meaningful difference. These habits keep me focused, productive, and aligned with my purpose.
Self-love allows me to respond rather than react and that shift alone changes everything.
Caring for My Skin as an Act of Self-Respect
Taking care of my skin has become one of the most meaningful forms of self-love in my life. For years, I was not happy with how I looked or how I felt in my own skin and I didn’t want that mindset passed down to my children. I wanted them to see confidence rooted in self-respect, not perfection.
That decision led me to prioritize skincare in a thoughtful, sustainable way. Not overdone just intentional. My routine includes professional facials, chemical peels, microneedling, pore cleansing, hydration, quality medical-grade skincare products, supportive vitamins, and yes Botox used conservatively to soften, not change.
These treatments have truly transformed the health and quality of my skin. And when you feel good in your skin, it shows. It impacts how you walk into a room, how you lead, how you connect with others, and how you see yourself reflected in the mirror.
Why Self-Care Matters at IGIA Wellness & MedSpa
At IGIA, we believe self-care and aesthetics should feel empowering, not overwhelming. Our philosophy is rooted in health, υγεία, which is the foundation of our name, balance, and long-term confidence.
Self-love is not about chasing trends or quick fixes. It’s about caring for your skin, body, and overall well-being in a way that supports the life you want to live.
We are proud to offer competitive pricing, but we will never compromise quality, safety, or clinical excellence. Our team is highly trained, medically guided, and intentional in every recommendation we make. Aesthetic and wellness care should always be personalized, ethical, and rooted in trust.
When you choose IGIA, you are choosing thoughtful treatment plans designed for long-term results, not temporary trends.
We invite you to book a consultation with Tammy, Maria, Brooke, Diana, or Alie, who will help you create a plan not just for today, but for your future.
Looking Ahead: Wellness From the Inside Out
As we move through 2026, we are excited to continue expanding our offerings in aesthetics, peels and facials, wellness services, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and vitamin supplementation, all designed to support you from the inside out.
This February, we invite you to pause, reflect, and choose yourself intentionally, consistently, and kindly.
Because when you take care of yourself, everyone around you benefits.
And we’re just getting started.
Στην υγεια σας!
