Our daughter, Marina, will soon marry the love of her life in our family's small village in Northern Greece, a place where she spent nearly every summer growing up with her grandparents and extended family. Those summers shaped who she is today. They were filled with homemade meals, panigiria, beautiful church services, long days at the beach, endless laughter with cousins, walks through the village, and the unconditional love that only grandparents can give.
To now watch her return as a bride, surrounded by family and lifelong friends, is something words can hardly describe. It's a full circle moment that reminds us how precious our roots truly are.
